Welcome to Ringsaker
The municipality of Ringsaker is situated in the county of Hedmark, east of the lake Mjøsa and approximately 1,5 hours north of Oslo.
Ringsaker is a large municipality. It stretches from the borders of Lillehammer in the north to those of Hamar in the south, covering a total of 1.280 square kilometres, and is home to more than 33.000 people.
Ringsaker offers a wide range of experiences, from boat life on Mjøsa or riding a bicycle in the wonderful landscape of Nes and Helgøya on the one hand to cross country skiing or mountain biking in Sjusjøen on the other. In between you have our thriving towns Moelv and Brumunddal, in which you find numerous shops and cafes.
